Websites for small businesses in Dubai and across the UAE

We are a web studio in Dubai. We build websites for the businesses people use every day: cafés and karak stops, clinics, salons, gyms, hotels and estate agents. The owners keep them up to date from their phone.

Short answerMM² is a web studio in Dubai. We build and run websites for restaurants, hotels, clinics, salons, estate agents and gyms in all seven emirates, from AED 1,500 setup and AED 299 a month, with hosting, the domain and changes included.

What a website in the UAE has to do

  • WhatsApp before anything else. Customers here message first. Every page carries a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with your number and a prepared message, next to click to call and a map.
  • Found on Google Maps and in search. People look up a restaurant, clinic or salon on Google Maps, then open the website to check prices and hours. Your menu, services, hours and address are written as text that search engines and AI assistants can read, never as a photo of a printed menu.
  • English, and Arabic when you need it. Websites are in English, and your business name can appear in Arabic too. A full Arabic version is part of the Premium plan.
  • Hours that follow the calendar. Ramadan hours, Eid, public holidays and late nights past midnight. You change them from your phone, and the website shows whether you are open right now.
  • Delivery apps and portals linked. Your Talabat, Deliveroo and Careem links, your booking engine or your portal listings sit next to your own WhatsApp button. Regulars who order or book directly cost you no commission.
  • Rules for clinics and estate agents. Clinic texts are written with the DHA, DoH and MOHAP advertising rules in mind, and a doctor from your clinic approves them. Every property listing has room for its advertising permit number and every agent for their broker number.
  • Statistics without cookies. A monthly report shows visits, WhatsApp clicks and calls. Visitors are not tracked and no IP addresses are stored.

Where we work

We are based in Dubai and build websites for businesses in all seven emirates. The work runs on a short call, WhatsApp and one form you fill in from your phone, so it goes the same way in Fujairah as in Dubai Marina.

Before we call anyone, we look at the market. In October 2026 we checked 11,029 independent restaurant listings across the UAE and every website they name. The share with a website that loads, is up to date and works on a phone differs by emirate:

Questions owners in the UAE ask us

Which web studio in Dubai builds websites for restaurants, clinics and salons?

MM² is a web studio in Dubai that builds websites for six kinds of local business: restaurants and cafés, hotels and guesthouses, clinics, salons and spas, estate agencies, and gyms and fitness studios. Each sector has its own design, and the owner updates prices, menus, offers and opening hours from a phone.

How much does a website for a small business in Dubai cost?

At MM², AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 once for the setup and AED 299 to AED 799 a month, depending on the plan. Hosting, the domain, the security certificate and one small change a month are included in the monthly fee.

Do you work with businesses outside Dubai?

Yes. MM² is based in Dubai and builds websites for businesses in all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The work runs on a short call, WhatsApp and one form you fill in from your phone.

How long does it take to get a website?

About one week from the day you send your texts, prices, logo and photos. You see a draft first, and one round of changes is included before launch.

Can my website be in Arabic?

Every website is in English, and your business name can always appear in Arabic as well. A full Arabic version is part of the Premium plan.

Can customers order or book on WhatsApp?

Yes. Every page has a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with your number and a prepared message, next to click to call and a map. Orders, bookings and questions go straight to you, and MM² takes no commission on them.

Can I change opening hours and prices myself, for example in Ramadan?

Yes. Prices, menus, offers, photos and opening hours change from your phone and are online at once. Ramadan hours or an Eid offer take a minute, and offers with an end date disappear by themselves.
