This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, pictures and videos are served from our own server. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs to keep the service secure.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, your business, a phone number or e-mail address, your sector and your message. We use it to answer you and, if you ask for one, to send you an example website. We keep it as long as we are in touch and delete it when you ask us to.

When we contact businesses

We contact businesses about websites using business details that the business has published, such as its name, phone number, address and website. Calls are made Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 UAE time. The first call may be made by an AI assistant on our behalf; it says so at the start of the call. We keep a written transcript and the result of each call to follow up correctly; we do not record the audio.

If you do not want to hear from us again, say so on the call or write to us. Your number and address go on our blocklist straight away and no one from MM² will call or write again.

We send WhatsApp messages only when you have agreed to it during the conversation.

When you are our customer

We keep what the contract needs: the business and contact details, the signed offer with the time and the IP address of the acceptance, invoices and the content of your website. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Visitors of the websites we build

The websites we run for our customers set no cookies. To count visits, the address and browser of a visit are turned into a code that changes every day, and the address itself is not stored. The business sees totals only: visits, menu views, WhatsApp clicks, calls and where visitors came from. When a visitor sends a booking or order request, it goes to the business by WhatsApp.

They process data only on our instructions and only for these purposes.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to being contacted. Write to our contact form; we answer within 30 days.
