Short answerMM² prepares business websites in Dubai for AI assistants that read pages, compare services and prepare enquiries for their users. We structure your services, prices and business facts, make the website easy for assistants to use and, where it pays off, add a secure interface that lets supported assistants prepare an enquiry your customer approves before it reaches you. Packages start at AED 2,900. Your website stays the same for people.
From finding you to sending the enquiry
More and more people let an AI assistant do the research. Somebody asks theirs:
Find a company in Dubai that installs and maintains air conditioning. Check they cover Jumeirah and prepare an enquiry for three units.
On an ordinary website
The assistant clicks through several pages, tries to work out which services you offer and whether you cover the area, then fills in the contact form as best it can. Some details are missing, some are guessed.
On an agent-ready website
The assistant asks clearly defined questions: which services, which areas, what you need to know. It prepares the enquiry, the customer checks it and approves, and you receive it through your usual contact process.
Your website and your CRM stay as they are.
What an agent-ready website can do
Understand your business
Services, prices, areas and conditions sit in one consistent place, so an assistant reads facts instead of guessing from three pages that say different things.
Find the right service
The assistant matches what the customer asked for with what you actually offer, and leaves out what you do not.
Prepare the enquiry
It collects the details you need, notices what is missing and prepares a complete request in place of a vague one-line message.
Send it once approved
The customer checks the details and says yes. Only then does the enquiry go through your normal website form.
Connect your systems
For more advanced setups, enquiries and bookings can flow into the CRM or booking tool you already use.
Every action runs through validation, access controls and the permissions that action needs.
One enquiry, step by step
A restaurant owner in Dubai needs a website. They ask their assistant to find suitable agencies, understand the prices and arrange the next step. With an agent-ready setup, a compatible assistant does this on the agency's side:
This is a supported workflow. It does not mean every assistant will find or recommend the agency.
Looks up the services
The assistant asks the agency's interface which services it offers for restaurants.
Checks the published prices
It reads the website packages and starting prices the agency has published, nothing it has to guess.
Compares the options
It holds them against what the owner wants: a menu, reservations, Arabic and English.
Prepares the enquiry
Restaurant type, budget, functions needed. The details the agency would otherwise ask for in the first call.
Sends it after a yes
The owner checks the summary and approves. The agency receives a structured enquiry in its usual inbox.
Three packages, from a check to connected systems
Start with Essentials if you mainly want assistants to understand you. Choose Actions when a qualified enquiry is worth real money to you.
Agent-Ready Essentials
AED 2,900 one-time
Service businesses that want their website ready for AI assistants before anything else
We check your website the way an AI assistant reads it, fix what gets in the way and leave you with a plan for the actions worth adding later.
Included
Review of your website structure
Review of your public service and business information
Third-party fees, custom integrations, infrastructure and usage needs are confirmed in writing before work starts. A new website, if you need one, is quoted separately.
You do not need a new website
If your website has a solid technical base, we add the agent layer without redesigning anything. We look at how it is built, pick the actions that would actually help your customers and build the smallest version that does the job.
If a form or system you already have works reliably, we use it. If the website needs rebuilding before assistants can use it properly, we say so before we quote.
And SEO and GEO?
Three related jobs that answer different questions. We keep them apart, so you know what you are paying for.
Do AI answers understand and mention your business correctly?
Agent readiness
What can an assistant do once it reaches your website or your business interface?
An agent-ready website is not guaranteed to appear in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Copilot or any other AI answer, and an MCP connection does not make you available to every assistant.
Built around what your customers need to get done
We start with one question: what would a customer reasonably ask an assistant to do on your website? More functions do not make a better system.
Professional services
Preparing a qualified project enquiry with scope, timing and budget.
Real estate
Finding a matching listing and requesting a viewing.
Restaurants
Reading the menu and preparing a reservation request.
B2B suppliers
Checking product specifications and requesting a quotation.
Your customer stays in control
An AI assistant never gets free access to your business systems.
Each function has narrow permissions and is checked on the server
Anything with consequences waits for the customer's approval
Customer records and internal information stay private
Requests are limited and logged
Your website keeps working for browsers and assistants that know nothing about agents
What we measure
Where it can be seen technically: whether assistants use the functions, whether tasks finish and whether real enquiries come out of them.
We count automated requests separately from qualified customers. We do not promise AI rankings, recommendations or sales. The goal is a shorter, more reliable path from a customer's research to a useful conversation with you.
Is it worth it for your website?
Not every website needs this. If there is little demand online, the offer is unclear or enquiries already get lost, we would fix that first.
It makes sense when customers already research your services online and the next step needs details or one of your systems: a quotation, a booking, a viewing.
Start with a feasibility check
Send us your website address and what your customers usually need to do. We tell you whether an agent-ready workflow makes sense commercially and technically, which first action is worth building and what it takes. No AI visibility promises, no software you do not need.
Your project is developed and managed directly by MM², from the first conversation to the launch. No unclear handovers, no developer you never meet.
Direct development
Your project is designed, built and launched by MM². The people you brief are the people who build it.
Client confidentiality
Internal processes, prices and customer data you share stay with the people working on your project. Access is limited and agreed with you.
No undisclosed outsourcing
We do not hand your project to outside developers or freelancers without your approval. If a specialist partner makes sense, for ads for example, we name them first.
Direct accountability
One team is responsible from planning to delivery. When something is wrong, you know whom to call.
Like every studio, we use outside infrastructure: cloud hosting, code platforms, AI-assisted development tools, payment and e-mail services. We choose them with care, and sensitive client material goes into them only when your agreement allows it.
Confidential project? We're happy to discuss a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive business information. Discuss a confidential project
What is an agent-ready website?
A website an AI assistant can read and use reliably on behalf of a customer: clear facts about your business, forms an assistant can fill in, and where it makes sense, a defined interface for tasks such as preparing an enquiry. People see the same website as before.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to outside tools and data. With an MCP server, a supported assistant can ask your business defined questions, for example which services you offer, and prepare an enquiry, without clicking through your pages.
What is WebMCP?
A proposed web standard that lets a page offer its functions to an assistant running in the browser. Browser support is still early, so we add it where it works and your website keeps working everywhere else.
Will this get my business into ChatGPT or Google's AI answers?
No one can promise that. Agent readiness is about what an assistant can do once it reaches you. Being found and recommended is the work of SEO and GEO, which we offer separately.
Can an assistant send something without my customer knowing?
No. Anything that has consequences, such as sending an enquiry, waits for the customer's approval. Read functions only return what you have published.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. If your current website has a solid technical base, we add the agent layer to it. If it needs rebuilding first, we tell you before we quote.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
Running the agent interface: hosting, monitoring, security maintenance and updates when assistants or standards change, within the agreed scope. Essentials is one-off and has no monthly fee.
Who builds it?
MM², in-house in Dubai. We do not pass your project to outside developers without your approval.
