Contract in plain words

  • Minimum term 12 months, then month by month with 30 days’ notice.
  • Paying a year in advance saves 10 %.
  • The setup fee covers design, writing, your menu or price list, photos and the launch, including one round of changes.
  • Payment by card, monthly or yearly. If a payment fails and is not settled within 14 days, the website is paused until it is.
  • The web address is registered and renewed by us. Your content stays yours.

Not included

  • Online payment and booking engines. We link the ones you already use.
  • Larger work after launch, such as a new section or a new design. We quote it first.
  • Advertising budgets. We set up your website so people find it; paid ads are a separate decision.

No running costs beyond the monthly fee: hosting, the security certificate, the web address and one small change a month are included. Bigger work, such as a new section or a different design, is quoted before we start.

How long is the contract?

12 months, then month by month with 30 days' notice. Paying for a year in advance saves 10 %.

Do I own the website?

You rent it, like a shop unit that is maintained for you. Your menu, texts and photos stay yours; if you stop after the minimum term, the website goes offline and we send you your content.

Do you take a commission on orders or bookings?

No. Guests contact you directly by WhatsApp, phone or a request form. We charge the monthly fee and nothing per order.
