Questions we hear

Do I need a booking engine?

No. Guests send a request with dates and room type, you confirm on WhatsApp or by e-mail. If you already use a booking engine or channel manager, we link it from every room.

Can guests pay online?

Not in the standard plans. We can link a payment page from your bank or your booking engine.

Will this replace the portals?

No, and it should not. It makes your own channel strong enough that returning and local guests book directly.

How long do I sign for?

Twelve months, then month by month with 30 days' notice. Paying for the year in advance saves you 10 %.
