Partner programme for company formation agencies

Your clients start businesses. You earn when they go digital.

Introduce your newly licensed clients to MM². We build their website, you earn 20 % of every project they pay for.

Short answerMM² pays company formation agencies in the UAE a 20 % referral commission on the net project revenue it receives from clients they introduce. The agency introduces a newly licensed client who needs a website, MM² handles the consultation, proposal, build and launch, and the client signs with and pays MM² directly. This is an introductory rate; the binding terms are set out in the partner agreement signed before the first introduction.

The company is registered. The business still needs to launch.

You give your clients the legal foundation. The next thing they need is a way for customers to find and trust them. That is where we come in, and where your agency earns without becoming a web studio.

A message you can send a client today
Hi, now that your trade licence is through, you will need a website your customers can find and trust. We work with MM², a German-founded web agency in the UAE that builds company websites in-house. They will talk to you about what you need and send a written proposal. Here is their page: https://mm2.ae/?ref=YOURCODE

Approved partners receive their own code in place of YOURCODE, so every introduction is credited to them.

Your reputation is part of the partnership

When you recommend us, your name is on the line. This is how we look after it.

  • Professional execution

Your client gets a written proposal with defined deliverables and a named contact at MM² from the first call to the launch.

  • Clear responsibilities

You stay responsible for your formation services. MM² is responsible for the digital services the client contracts with us.

  • No work for your team

You do not manage developers, revisions or technical decisions. One introduction is the whole job.

  • Transparent reporting

You know which introductions arrived, which became projects and which commission is due.

  • Your client relationship stays yours

Client ownership, further offers to your clients, confidentiality and how a referral is credited are written into the signed partner agreement, not left to good will.

  • German-founded, built in-house

MM² is German-founded and based in the UAE. We design and build every website ourselves, in-house.

Partner questions

How much commission can our agency earn?

20 % of the eligible net project revenue MM² receives from a client you introduced, as an introductory rate. On a Business Website from AED 9,900 that is from AED 1,980. VAT, refunds and separately agreed third-party costs are not part of it.

When is commission earned?

When the client you introduced has signed with MM² and MM² has received their payment for the project. The partner agreement sets out the exact point.

When are payments made?

After MM² has received the client's payment, on the schedule set out in the partner agreement you sign before your first introduction.

Who invoices the end customer?

MM². In the referral partnership the client signs with MM² and pays MM² directly. You invoice MM² for your commission.

Who manages the website project?

MM²: consultation, proposal, design, build, launch and the agreed after-sales support. You can follow the status, but you do not have to coordinate anything.

Does our agency need technical expertise?

No. If you can tell a client that they will need a website, you can introduce them.

What happens if the client declines the proposal?

Nothing. There is no cost and no obligation for you or the client, and no commission is due.

Can we track the status of our referrals?

Yes. Each partner gets a personal referral link and code, and we report the status of every introduction: received, proposal sent, signed and paid.

Can we offer websites under our own brand?

For agencies with steady volume we offer a white-label partnership by individual agreement. Conditions and procedures are agreed case by case.

Can we refer clients who set up their company months ago?

Yes, as long as they have not already been in talks with MM² about the same project. The partner agreement sets out how a referral is credited.

Are referrals exclusive?

You do not need to commit to exclusivity to apply. Any exclusivity, in either direction, applies only if it is written into the partner agreement.

How are customer details shared compliantly?

Introduce a client only with their permission. The simplest way is to send them your referral link, so they contact us themselves. We use their details only to answer their enquiry, as our privacy notice describes.

What happens if a project is cancelled or refunded?

Commission is based on revenue MM² has received and keeps. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is not owed; the partner agreement sets out how this is settled.

Your next client could be worth more than a formation fee

Your clients already trust you to set up their company. Partner with MM² to help them launch it online, and add a revenue stream to your agency.
