Custom Digital Platforms & Business Applications
Portals, quotation systems, dashboards and automation, designed and built in-house for one company. Scoped with you, quoted in writing.
Short answerMM² designs and builds custom digital platforms in Dubai: customer and supplier portals, booking and request-for-quotation systems, B2B directories, internal dashboards, CRM integrations and automation, and web applications. Each project is scoped in a conversation and quoted in a written proposal; MM² builds it in-house and can run and improve it afterwards.
Every item below is something a company does every day by email, spreadsheet or phone, until a system does it.
Customers see their orders, documents and status themselves, instead of calling to ask.
Suppliers upload offers, certificates and invoices in one place, in the format you need.
Appointments, rooms or equipment booked online against real availability.
Buyers send a structured request, your team quotes from one list, nothing gets lost in an inbox.
Listings, search and enquiries for many companies on one platform.
The numbers your team checks every morning, in one screen, from the systems they already use.
Enquiries, orders and customers flow into the CRM without anyone copying them.
The repeated steps, such as reminders, documents and follow-ups, happen on their own.
Drafting replies, sorting requests or reading documents, with a person checking the result.
A product of your own, from the first version to the one your customers pay for.
We keep these apart, so you know what you are paying for.

Logins and roles, forms and file uploads, notifications, reports, payment and e-mail connections. Reusing them makes a first version faster and cheaper than starting from zero.
Everything specific to your process: your data, your steps, your screens. The proposal lists it item by item.
Need a shop rather than a system? See e-commerce. Platforms for specific industries: exhibitions & events, company formation & advisory, industrial & technical.
Your project is developed and managed directly by MM², from the first conversation to the launch. No unclear handovers, no developer you never meet.
Your project is designed, built and launched by MM². The people you brief are the people who build it.
Internal processes, prices and customer data you share stay with the people working on your project. Access is limited and agreed with you.
We do not hand your project to outside developers or freelancers without your approval. If a specialist partner makes sense, for ads for example, we name them first.
One team is responsible from planning to delivery. When something is wrong, you know whom to call.
Like every studio, we use outside infrastructure: cloud hosting, code platforms, AI-assisted development tools, payment and e-mail services. We choose them with care, and sensitive client material goes into them only when your agreement allows it.

It depends on what it has to do, so we do not name a price before the scope is clear. After a conversation you get a written proposal for a first version, with the price and the date.
Yes, and we recommend it. A first version that does one job well goes live sooner and shows what the second version needs.
Yes. We are happy to discuss a non-disclosure agreement before you share internal processes, prices or customer data.
MM², in-house. After launch we can run, monitor and improve it under a monthly service with a fixed scope.
We use AI-assisted development tools, and we build AI-assisted features where they help. Sensitive client material goes into external AI tools only when your agreement allows it.
The rights are written into the project contract. Parts we reuse across projects stay ours and are licensed to you for your platform; licences for third-party software stay with their makers.
