Short answerGoogle Ads in Dubai costs from a few dirhams a click in quiet niches to AED 20 to 60 and more in real estate, legal, finance and business setup. Agencies plan with monthly ad budgets from about AED 5,000 for a small business, and their own fee comes on top, often AED 3,000 to 15,000 a month. The Google Partner badge shows an agency meets Google's spend, performance and certification thresholds; it says nothing about results in your sector. Google Guaranteed, now Google Verified, belongs to Local Services Ads, which Google offers in eleven countries, none of them in the Middle East.

Most people who look up Google Ads in Dubai want to know one of three things: what it costs, what an agency does for its fee, and whether a Google program they saw abroad, Google Guaranteed, works here. This guide answers all three with published figures and Google's own rules.

What a click costs in Dubai

Google Ads is an auction. You pay a little more than the advertiser below you needed to pay, so the price of a click depends on how many businesses want the same search. In quiet niches that is a few dirhams. In real estate it can pass AED 80.

IndustryTypical cost per click

Legal servicesAED 20 to 50

Business setup and company formationAED 20 to 50

Home services and clinicsAED 5 to 25

SolarAED 2 to 6
A gym (one example)about AED 4.50
Sources: Leads Dubai (updated August 2025) and Lead Ember (Keyword Planner data for November 2024 to October 2025). Ranges are typical, your own figures depend on area, wording and competition.

The monthly budgets UAE agencies plan with, according to Lead Ember: AED 5,000 to 25,000 for a small business, AED 25,000 to 75,000 for a medium one, and AED 75,000 and more for a large one.

Your budget divided by the price of a click is the number of visitors you buy. AED 2,000 at AED 2 to 6 a click buys several hundred visitors. The same AED 2,000 in real estate or legal buys about 30 to 100. So a good agency asks what one enquiry is worth to you before it names a monthly budget: the sum decides whether ads can pay for themselves in your sector.

What an agency charges on top

The ad budget goes to Google, paid from your own card or account. The agency's fee is a separate amount. Lead Ember puts a Google Ads agency in Dubai at AED 3,000 to 15,000 a month. Agencies usually price that work in one of three ways:

  1. A fixed monthly fee. You know the cost in advance, and it does not rise because your ad budget does.
  2. A share of the ad budget. Lead Ember's example uses 25 %. It looks cheap while the budget is small and grows with every dirham you add, although the work barely changes.
  3. One price for everything: campaign management, a landing page, tracking and reports. Compare it with a fixed fee plus a separate landing page, because it is often the same work.

A landing page built for the campaign costs from about AED 2,000 to more than AED 20,000 as a one-off, again according to Lead Ember.

Ask which model an agency uses before you sign. At 25 % of the budget, an account that grows from AED 10,000 to AED 40,000 a month raises the fee from AED 2,500 to AED 10,000 a month, for about the same amount of work.

What the Google Partner badge means

Google awards the Partner badge to companies, not to people. Google's help page names three groups of requirements: performance (an optimisation score of at least 70 %), spend (at least USD 10,000 across managed accounts over 90 days) and certification (at least half of the account strategists certified). Google checks them every day, so a badge on a website today means the agency met them recently.

That is a real signal: the agency manages a fair amount of spend and keeps its certificates current. It is no judgement of how well it runs campaigns in your sector, and it says nothing about who will look after your account. Ask for results from an account like yours, and for the name of the person who will run it.

Is Google Guaranteed available in the UAE?

No. The green Google Guaranteed tick belongs to Local Services Ads, a separate ad product for service businesses. In October 2025 Google merged its three badges, Google Guaranteed, Google Screened and License Verified by Google, into one badge called Google Verified, and ended the money-back guarantee.

Google's own list shows Local Services Ads in eleven countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. The UAE is not on it, and neither is any other country in the Middle East. If an agency here offers Google Guaranteed ads, it means ordinary Google Ads campaigns, described loosely.

What businesses in Dubai can use: Search ads at the top of the results and in Maps. Local Services Ads with the Google Verified badge are not offered here.

What businesses in Dubai can use are ordinary Search, Maps and Shopping campaigns. The Partner badge is the nearest trust signal on offer, a sign of certification and spend, with no guarantee attached.

Google Ads or SEO first?

We compare the two in Google Ads or SEO: which should a Dubai business start with?. In short: ads bring visitors from the day they start and stop when the budget does; SEO takes longer and keeps working without paying per visit. Businesses that can afford both usually run them together.

Before you sign with an agency

  • Work out what one enquiry or booking is worth to you, and what you could pay for it.
  • Ask whether the fee is fixed, a share of the budget or one price for everything.
  • Make sure the Google Ads account is opened in your company's name.
  • Ask for results from an account in your sector, and who will manage yours.
  • Treat any offer of Google Guaranteed in the UAE as a reason to ask more questions.

MM² sets up Google Ads in Dubai as a one-off project: the account in your name, campaigns, call and WhatsApp tracking, and an honest look at whether your budget is enough before anything starts.

Questions

From a few dirhams in quiet niches such as solar to AED 20 to 50 in legal, finance and business setup, and AED 15 to 60 and more in real estate, where luxury and off-plan searches often pass AED 80.

What monthly budget do I need for Google Ads in Dubai?
